Matt Cockbain
Matt Cockbain (born 19 September 1972) is an Australian rugby union footballer. He played over 60 times for the national team, the Wallabies. He made his debut for Australia in 1997 in Brisbane, in a Test match against France.
His brother, Brent Cockbain also plays rugby union and plays for Wales. Matt played with the Melbourne Rebels franchise in the now defunct Australian Rugby Championship provincial competition in 2007. He was called up as an injury standby for the 2007 Wallaby World Cup squad.
Cockbain currently has a coaching and mentoring role at the Melbourne University Rugby Football Club.
